faufena.com (hereinafter, “faufena”) is operated by Lautaro Maggi, CUIT 20-33555568-7, domiciled in Ingeniero Maschwitz, Escobar district, Buenos Aires Province, Argentine Republic. 2. What faufena is

faufena is an informational catalog of supplier and contractor companies in the oil and gas, energy, mining, renewables and energy storage industries in Argentina. Its purpose is for buyers and suppliers to find each other.

faufena is neutral: it does not sell, buy, quote or issue purchase orders, does not act as an intermediary or charge commissions on transactions between users and companies, and does not take part in any negotiations or contracts that may arise between them.

3. Source of the information

Company profiles are built from public information: companies' own websites and social networks, trade show exhibitor lists, rosters of industry chambers and institutions, public agencies, and data provided by the companies themselves. The descriptions are written by faufena.

faufena does not audit or certify that information. A company's appearing in the catalog does not mean it has engaged faufena or authorized its inclusion.

4. Disclaimer

The information is provided “as is” and may be incomplete, outdated or contain errors. faufena does not guarantee the existence, solvency, technical capacity, authorizations, certifications or the quality of the products, services or works of the companies listed in the catalog.

Nothing published on faufena is a recommendation, rating, approval or endorsement. Before contracting, verify the data directly with each company and with official sources (for example, the validity of an ASME or API certificate, or membership in a chamber).

5. Order of results, badges and labels

The order of results, the badges (such as “Verified” or “Premium”), specialties, categories and sales channels are assigned according to the published criteria and the information available. They are a reference to help guide the search, not a technical rating or a guarantee.

A company's lack of a badge, absence from a category or absence from the catalog does not imply any negative judgment about it. Purchasing a paid plan does not change the order of relevance.

6. Third-party brands, logos and institutions

The names, brands, logos and seals of companies and institutions (among others, ASME, API, IAPG, the Argentina Oil & Gas Expo, chambers and clusters of the sector) belong to their owners and are displayed only to identify them. faufena is not affiliated with them and does not have their sponsorship or endorsement, unless expressly stated.

Mentioning that a company is a member of an institution or exhibited at a trade show is informational; to confirm it, each profile links to the source.

7. Third-party documents

Some trade show catalogs, listings and floor plans, and some certificates, are offered as a reference, with their source. They belong to those who published them. If you own any of them and want us to remove it, write to us at [email protected] and we will take it down.

8. Corrections and removals

If a profile is of your company and you want to correct or complete data, or ask us to remove it, write to us at [email protected] or use the “Correct data or request removal” link at the bottom of the profile. We respond within 5 business days.

If any content affects your rights (trademark, image, copyright or personal data), let us know: we will review it and, where appropriate, remove it immediately.
